Our Team
Rich Ruckman
Owner
Rich started his career in construction working for his father’s company in 2002, Ruckman Engineering where he was involved with many different aspects of the business. Drafter (Auto CAD), accounting and administrative. His main involvement was performing 3rd party concrete testing and concrete 3rd party inspections on concrete footings, walls, slabs and more. Rich started his full-time career in construction management in 2006 as an intern at HITT Contracting, where he held various positions, including Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, and Vice President. Rich Ruckman worked at HITT from 2006 to 2023. Rich also serves as the CEO for S-Works Construction Corporation. Prior to his career in construction, Rich attended Virginia Tech, where he graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Management. Rich also serves on various industry/community philanthropic boards: Loudoun Habitat for Humanity, Associated Builders and Contractors and Center for JOC Excellence. Rich has served as the chair of the board for Loudoun Habitat and Center for JOC Excellence.
Paul Joyner
President
Paul Joyner is a founding member of ORE Concrete along with Rich Ruckman and Josh Curry. Prior to helping start ORE Paul worked 21 years with Southland Concrete where he held various positions including Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Director of Project Management and Operations Manager. Paul has extensive experience in all levels of cast in place concrete from tilt-up panel construction to framed concrete structures. He has primarily been working in the data center market over the last 15 years with clients such as Digital Realty, Cloud HQ, Equinix, Aligned, QTS and Google. Prior to his career in construction, Paul attended Virginia Tech, where he graduated in 1995 with a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering.
Josh Curry
Vice President of Field Operations
Josh Curry is a founding member of ORE Concrete along with Rich Ruckman and Paul Joyner. Prior to helping start ORE Josh worked 23 years with Southland Concrete where he started as a laborer and worked his way up to being one of their main Superintendents. He has experience in all levels of cast in place concrete from tilt-up panel construction to framed concrete structures. Josh has primarily been working in the data center market over the last 15 years with clients such as Digital Realty, Iron Mountain and Google.
